Domestic Shipping Policy

All domestic shipping is done with Australia Post

All orders are processed within 7 days

Shipments are dispatched on Holidays and weekends. If we receive a higher amount of orders then usual, we will contact you via email to let you know about any delays you may experience.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Shipments will be confirmed through email, and you will be notified as soon as the dispatcher has picked up order.

Customs, duties, and taxes

KANAO is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


KANAO is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

International shipping rates and shipping time is dependant on where your location is. Checkout will automatically work out costs associated with your delivery.

Returns Policy

Please inspect all products for defects or imperfections before use. Once a product has been used, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced for defects.

For product issues, contact us at with your order number and attached photos.

Descriptions and prices are made in good faith and to the best of our ability. If an inaccurate description leads to a purchase, you are entitled to a refund if the product remains unused. Unused items may be returned for store credit, with the customer covering return postage costs.

Products cannot be returned due to damage caused by misuse or negligence, customer change of mind, or damage/imperfections stated in the item description when purchased.
